Supervision, snack and juice included.
Price is based on the piece selected per child, ages 5+ are welcome, availability depends on a first come, first serve basis.

Drop-offs start at 3pm with our last pickup time being 8pm.

Every year, Doors Open Ontario attracts large crowds across Ontario. From April to October, residents and visitors are invited to discover first-hand Ontario’s hidden heritage treasures, some of which have never been open to the public.  Grimsby is excited to once again participate in Doors Open Ontario this year.

The Montebello Park Experience

The hub of the Niagara Wine Festival can be found in historic Montebello Park in downtown St. Catharines. One of the oldest and most beautiful parks in the Niagara Region comes alive for two weekends in September. A celebration of Niagara and the bounty of harvest, the Montebello Park wine and culinary experience truly showcases all that the Region has to offer. Local chefs will provide regional cuisine from one to three tokens per portion, while VQA wines can be purchased by the sample or glass. Festival tokens can be purchased at the park for $3.50 (HST included) each.
A true “Wine Country” experience awaits you!

The Centre Stage

Montebello Park is the premier setting for most of the Festival’s featured events including a great lineup of activities for the entire family. Experience award-winning wineries, Niagara cuisine and great entertainment each weekend. Enjoy your favourite local bands and a lineup of tribute bands as you sip and savour the best in Niagara and celebrate Canada’s 150.
FREE admission each day.

Meridian Grand Parade

Saturday September 23rd | 1pm – 3pm
St Paul St E, St Catharines

This event will happen in the downtown core of the St.Catharines, Ontario, where we will welcome more than 70,000 spectators. The 2017 Niagara Wine Festival Grande Parade is organized and produced by the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival.

Enjoy the colour and the pageantry of one of North America’s foremost street parades! The Meridian Grande Parade hosts an outstanding procession of marching bands, drum corps, community groups, majorettes, floats and amazing performances, attracting upwards of 100,000 spectators to the streets of downtown St. Catharines each year.

Don’t forget to donate to the Community Care Annual Harvest Drive, collected during the Grande Parade. Last year you contributed over 8,000lbs of food to fill the shelves at our local food bank!

Downtown road closures begin at 9am, Lake Street closure between Carlton Street and Welland Avenue at 8am.

Market Discovery Table at the Farmers Market

Saturdays June thru October | 9am – 11am
Join in the fun with the Market Discovery Table. Participants will enjoy hands-on experiences, including making butter, creating seed mosaics, honey tasting, market searches and more. A different farm theme is featured each week. Fun for kids of all ages.

Alpacalore – Farm Days in the City!

We’re bringing Farm Days to the city!
Come meet our Alpacas & Llamas. Meet some of the alpacas you met last year, plus this year’s new Mommys with their babies.Take a look in Alpacalore for gifts and to see the many products made with their fiber. Vale Day Port Colborne

Vale, in partnership with the City of Port Colborne and the Port Colborne YMCA, is hosting a FREE activity day for the Port Colborne community at the Vale Health & Wellness Centre!
Participants will be able to enjoy open gym, swimming and skating opportunities. There will be additional recreation programs that cater to both children and adults. Please refer to the

Vale will also be hosting our annual Open House! Come visit us in the Main Lobby where you can get an update on our operations, talk to Vale staff, and discuss issues that are important to you.

Port Colborne Farmers Market

Friday September 8th | 6am – 1pm

The Niagara Region has long been known for the quality of its tender fruits and vegetables. What better way to enjoy this freshness than through a visit to Port Colborne’s weekly Farmers’ Market?
Over 60 vendors from throughout the Niagara Region present their fresh produce, meats, baked goods and a colourful variety of flowers and bedding plants. It is truly a delight for all your senses!
The Market Square is located directly in front of City Hall, 66 Charlotte Street, every Friday morning.
There is free 2 hour time limit parking on downtown streets.

Drop in to our Family Friendly Art Studio, on select Sundays to make your own artwork. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to explore art and get creative! Families are encouraged to see the exhibition in our gallery and then get their hands messy working on their own artwork in our studio.

A celebration of local and handmade Canadian goods crafted by members of the Niagara Etsy Artisans Team. The THIRD annual Made In Canada Day is an Etsy supported pop-up market occurring ALL across the country on September 23rd, 2017.

Food, music, kids crafting tent, and the absolute best selection of artisan goods from the region will be set up for a joyful pop-up market day at the gorgeous conservation area of Heartland Forest.
